RLF Commercial Group is owned and operated by Richard L. Fox III. Richard was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Richard attended North Carolina State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, concentrating in Marketing. Richard went on to attend Campbell University Law School where he earned his juris doctorate (J.D.). Richard is a North Carolina licensed attorney in addition to a licensed real estate broker. Before obtaining his real estate license, Richard practiced law for more than 10 years in areas including, but not limited to, Business Law/Litigation, Construction Law/Litigation and Real Property Litigation. For that reason, Richard brings a special knowledge and unique perspective to his real estate practice. Richard instills trust and confidence in his clients to create broker-client teamwork and, ultimately, to achieve desired results and new opportunities for them. Richard has an intimate knowledge of the Fayetteville area real estate market, in addition to access to intimate knowledge of localities nation-wide through the vast network of KW Commercial brokers. In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his son, hiking, and working on projects at his family’s farm.
